CORTLANDT – State Police are looking for a suspect in the late
night armed robbery of the Mobil Mart at 2225 Crompound Road in the Town
of Cortlandt on Friday.
Troopers said security cameras show a black man about six feet tall and
200 pounds, wearing a black jacket, dark pants, and a dark colored cloth
covering his face.
He entered the store at 11:50 p.m. while brandishing a knife. He demanded
money from the clerk who called 911 resulting in the suspect fleeing on
foot.
Anyone with information about the man’s identity or location is
