Ulster County sex offender arrested for failing to report change of address

TOWN OF ULSTER – A Kingston man is under arrest following an investigation into the whereabouts of a sex offender.
Town of Ulster detectives searched for Joseph Toth, 57, after it was learned that he had moved from his last known address in the Town of Ulster. He was located by Kingston City Police and turned over the Ulster Police.
Toth was charged with the felonies of failure to report a change of address and failure to verify his address. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond.
