POUGHKEEPSIE – Two women have been arrested following an investigation into illegal activity at Your Green Spa at 1315 Route 9 in the Town of Wappinger.
The arrests by the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau were made on Thursday evening.
Li Xu-Campbell, 54, of New Windsor, and Wang Chai Xia, 34, of Flushing, were accused of offering massages without the proper licenses. Xia was also accused of offering sexual contact for additional fees. Both were charged with unauthorized practice of a profession as a felony under state education law. Xia was also charged with a misdemeanor of prostitution. Both were released on appearance tickets.
