KINGSTON – An investigation by the Ulster County Family and Child Advocacy Center has led to the arrest of a Highland man on felony assault charges.
Dylan Diottaviano, 18, allegedly assaulted a 10-month-old child in the Town of Lloyd on at least two occasions, causing multiple bruises to his buttocks. Diottaviano was also charged with misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child. He was released on his own recognizance and an order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.           
The Ulster County Family and Child Advocacy Center was assisted by Lloyd Town Police.
The Advocacy Center is comprised of members of the Ulster County District Attorney’s and Sheriff’s office, State Police and Ulster County Child Protective Services.
