Rabbitt delighted to be back in a new permanent office

GOSHEN – The Orange County DMV office in Goshen is back in business
after five years.
When the old county government center was closed due to flooding and mold growth, the office was shut down, but with the new government center in business at the same site, the DMV office had its “soft” opening on Monday, said County Clerk Annie Rabbitt.
“We wanted to make sure that all of the equipment and staff, everybody is good. It is going really well. We will do a ribbon cutting shortly,” Rabbitt said.
The county’s DMV offices in Port Jervis, Middletown and Newburgh will remain open with hopes that the new Goshen office will take some of the heat off the other overcrowded facilities.
