MILFORD, PA – A Port Jervis
man was sentenced to 15 months to four years in a Pennsylvania state correctional
facility and had his driver’s license suspended for six months for
the crimes of false identification to law enforcement and possession with
intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance.
Christopher Delacruz, 30, was also fined $700.
A Newburgh man, Dylan James Kratzert, 25, was sentenced to 15 months to
30 months in a Pennsylvania state correctional facility and fined $1,000
for the crime of aggravated assault.
Kratzert used a folding knife to stab an individual in the arm, shoulder
and leg on November 28, 2017 at a residence in Matamoras.
