TOWN OF WASHINGTON – State Police arrested a Millbrook man on a charge of felony criminal sex act following an alleged incident.
On March 12, Curtis Shultz, 59, is alleged to have sexually assaulted a non-consenting victim while he was employed at the Green Briar Adult Home on Old Route 52 in the Town of Washington. Shultz was sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
An order of protection was granted in favor of the victim.
