HIGHLAND – Town of Lloyd Police charged a Poughkeepsie man after he was found driving a reported stolen vehicle on Route 44/55 in Highland and was in the company of a 15-year-old juvenile.
Shyron Williams, 29, who was stopped on March 22, was charged with grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, intimidating a witness, endangering the welfare of a child, criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail pending a future court appearance.
