TOWN OF FISHKILL – An accident in the Town of Fishkill between an SUV and four pedestrians was fatal. The accident occurred on Route 52 between I-84 and Glenham Road before 9 p.m. Sunday.
Police at the scene said the four pedestrians were one adult and three children.
A mother and her baby were believed to have been killed as the family left a restaurant and were returning to a shelter, authorities at the scene said.
