POUGHKEEPSIE – Police in the City of Poughkeepsie are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man last seen in the city on March 19.
During the investigation, police learned that Patrick Vidal may be suicidal.
Vidal, 54, is black, five-feet, eight inches tall, with brown eyes, and balding-receding black hair. His last known address was 22 May Street in Poughkeepsie.
