WHITE PLAINS – A Yonkers man pled guilty in Westchester County Court on Tuesday to one count of possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child as a felony.
The Westchester County District Attorney’s Office received information in September 2017 that a computer at the home of Richard Silva likely contained obscene sexual performances by children.  On September 11, a judge issued a warrant to search Silva’s home and a computer was recovered. A forensic analysis revealed over 100 images and videos of children engaged in sexual acts.
Silva was arrested on September 19, 2017 and expected to be sentenced in June.
