Two charged with endangering welfare of a child

TOWN OF ULSTER – A man and woman were arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child after they were both found under the influence of narcotics and unable to care for their six-year-old child who was in the residence in the Town of Ulster.
Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Candace Minervini 36, and Robert Mazzuca, 32, both of Kingston. They were arrested on March 10 when deputies attempted to serve an arrest warrant at the residence.
Minervini and Mazzuca were released on their own recognizance pending future court appearances.
Deputies were assisted at the scene by members of the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team and police from the towns of Saugerties and Ulster.
