Man arrested after found parked at school early in the morning

MONSEY – Ramapo Police
have arrested a man when they found him parked under an overhang against
the Elmwood Elementary School in Monsey at 4 a.m. on Sunday.

The man, who police did not identity, was with a woman.

An investigation revealed the man to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was operating the car with a suspended license and was wanted by the
south Nyack/Grandview-on-Hudson Village Police for failing to appear on
a dangerous drug charge.

The man was arrested and processed by Ramapo Police and later turned over
to South Nyack/Grandview-on-Hudson Police.
