FISHKILL – The Hudson Valley Community Narcotics Enforcement Team has arrested a Fishkill man on a felony charge of criminal of a controlled substance with intent to sell.
On March 8, police executed a search warrant at a residence on Crestwood Circle in the Town of Fishkill and seized approximately 85.5 grams of cocaine and 152 grams o marijuana. Simultaneously, troopers located and arrested Anthony Decola, 21, while driving on Interstate 84 in the Town of Fishkill.
Decola was sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
