PATTERSON – State Police have arrested a Patterson man on a felony charge of sexual conduct with a child and misdemeanors of sexual misconduct, forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police said in August 2017, possible abuse was reported involving Anthony Marino, 61, and a child under the age of 13. Investigation determined that Marino had allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with a child several times in the Town of Patterson.
Marino is in the Putnam County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
