WAPPINGER – A Poughkeepsie woman is charged with two counts of identity theft as felonies.
The arrest of Susan Odell, 39, on February 16 followed an investigation of a complaint on October 15, 2017 regarding a fraudulent line of credit open in a victim’s name.
Continued investigation determined Odell opened several lines of credit and monetary loans in the name of the victim which she used to purchase goods.
Odell was sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $3,000 bond.
