Pleasant Valley man arrested for drug possession

LAGRANGE – State Police arrested a Pleasant Valley man after he was stopped late Thursday night, February 1, while driving on Route 55 in the Town of Lagrange for a traffic violation. He was found in possession with almost 21 grams of cocaine, just under 17 grams of crack cocaine and a small amount of hydrocodone.
Joseph Rogers, Jr., 34, was charged with felony drug possession with intent to sell and criminal possession of drugs, both as felonies, as well as misdemeanor drug possession and criminal possession of weapon.   He was sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond.
