Graham
KINDERHOOK – A Greenport man has been charged with rape and sexual
abuse for allegedly having sex with a 13-year-old child in early 2017.
The relationship began with online communications between the two in late
2016.
State Police said Bryan Graham was also charged with misdemeanors of sexual
abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
Graham was arraigned and remanded to the Columbia County Jail in lieu
of $10,000 cash bail or bond.
He was arrested following an investigation that included the Columbia
Greene Child Advocacy Center and the Columbia County District Attorney’s
Office.
