FISHKILL – A prisoner at the state’s Downstate Correctional
Facility in Fishkill has been charged with aggravated harassment of an
employee by an inmate as a felony.
State Police said an investigation indicated that on March 22, 2017, while
Chico Rivera, 30, of Brooklyn was incarcerated, he threw urine and feces
at a uniformed corrections officer.
Rivera was arraigned and returned to the prison pending further court
action.
