Vehicle bursts into flames on Thruway

TOWN OF ULSTER – A vehicle pulled off the northbound Thruway just south of Kingston late Tuesday night and burst into flames.
A Mid-Hudson News reporter saw the incident and said the unidentifiable vehicle exploded as fire engulfed it. It could not be determined if anyone was injured.
State Police and local firefighters responded.
