ROSENDALE – A Stone Ridge man was arrested following a traffic stop on Lucas Avenue in the Town of Rosendale for vehicle and traffic violations.
Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies stopped the vehicle just before 3 p.m. on Sunday, January 7 and found a passenger, Matthew Harder, 25, had in his possession a loaded Glock 9mm handgun without a permit. He was also found to possess a loaded 30-round magazine. Harder was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $30,000 bond.
