TOWN OF OLIVE – One person
is dead and another has been taken to Health Alliance Hospital Broadway
Campus in critical condition following a crash between an Ulster County
Area Transit bus and a passenger vehicle, State Police spokesman Trooper
Steven Nevel said.
The driver of the car was pronounced dead at the scene and the passenger
was injured.
The bus driver was not injured in the 3 p.m. collision on Route 28 near
Lower Winney Road in the Town of Olive.
