SAUGERTIES – A Glasco man is charged with criminal mischief after he allegedly punched out the front door window of his neighbor’s residence.
Saugerties Police charged Robert Frank Butler II, 39, of 44 Delaware Street in Glasco with being involved in a neighbor dispute shortly after 3 p.m. on Friday, January 5 and punching their front door glass breaking it.
Butler was arrested Sunday afternoon and sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond pending a future court appearance.
Police did not say what precipitated the dispute between the neighbors.
