TOWN OF MIDDLETOWN – A Margaretville man was killed Tuesday afternoon when his car ran off a road and tipped over in a creek.
State Police identified the victim as Rion Gavette, 32, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said he was driving an SUV on Huckleberry Brook Road in the Town of Middletown when the vehicle ran off the road. He was alone in the car.
The accident remains under investigation.
