MIDDLETOWN – Middletown’s
elected officials were sworn into office on Tuesday night and Mayor Joseph

new year to be a good one.
The mayor, who ran unopposed, said 2018 should be good for the city and its residents.
“It’s good times, I believe, for the city, and I look forward to a positive 2018 as we move the city forward,” he said.
DeStefano is expected to go into detail in his state-of-the city address next month.
