Kingston man charged in domestic assault, burglary

KINGSTON – A Kingston man was arrested on Thursday in a domestic incident that occurred on Albany Avenue in the city on December 13 in which a 29-year-old woman was assaulted.
City detectives identified Wilmer Giron-Reyes, 34, as the suspect who committed the assault and took him into custody.  He was charged with burglary and assault and held for arraignment.
