Early morning fire in Wurtsboro

WURTSBORO – A two-alarm fire in Wurtsboro Saturday morning brought out several Sullivan County fire departments.  The blaze at 48 Elm Street was reported as a working structure fire when called in at 6:24 a.m.
Area departments were asked to respond with tanker trucks to provide water.
A fire inspector was called to the scene about a half hour after the call
came in.
By 7:30, the fire was declared under control.
