POUGHKEEPSIE – A Poughkeepsie man was arrested by Dutchess County Sheriff’s deputies on an allegation of inappropriate sexual contact. Wayne Thatcher, 64, was charged with forcible touching as a misdemeanor.
The investigation that led to the arrest was initiated when a woman filed a complaint and is independent of previous cases that led to Thatcher’s arrest and guilty plea earlier this year.
