FISHKILL – A hamlet of
Wallkill man has won the first top prize of $10 million in the $350 million
Cash Spectacular scratch-off game.
Also winning big, a Cortlandt couple who will split the $5 million second prize after playing the Mega Millions Megaplier and a West Nyack woman who did not know she won $1 million until she came in to claim her prize.
All will receive ceremonial oversized checks today at the New York Lottery office in Fishkill.
