AIRMONT – A 26-year-old Suffern man has been arrested by Ramapo
Town Police on a felony charge of burglary for allegedly breaking into
a residence in Airmont.
Krzysztof Niepostyn was captured on video footage from the Saturday, November
25 break-in that revealed he climbed through a kitchen window.
He was arrested on Tuesday, November 28 by the Ramapo Police Investigations
Division.
Niepostyn was released after posting $25,000 cash bail pending a future
court appearance.
