Ciralli
DOVER – A Dover man is accused of shooting several people inside and outside his residence with a carbon dioxide-powered BB pistol.
State Police allege that Kenneth Ciralli, 26, intentionally shot at the people, one of whom suffered minor injuries.
Ciralli was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, assault and reckless endangerment for allegedly firing the weapon at about 4:30 in the morning on Monday, November 27. He is in the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or bond.
