POUGHKEEPSIE – Three men
are under arrest charged with criminal mischief and burglary after they
allegedly broke into a building on Lagrange Avenue in the Town of Poughkeepsie
and attacked one of the tenants.
Arrested were Prince Wanya Ogelsby, 21, of Wappingers Falls, Dwayne Elijah
Joyner, 22, of Poughkeepsie, and Hezekiah Rawlins Phillip, 25, of Wappingers
Falls.
Town Police responded to that address on Friday, October 27 to investigate
damage to the front door. A woman, identified by police as the complainant
pointed to a vehicle leaving the scene as the subjects who had just entered
the building and attacked the tenant.
The vehicle was located a short distance away.
All three were remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $30,000
bail or $60,000 bond each.
