POUGHKEEPSIE – A warrant search conducted by the Dutchess County Drug Task Force and City of Poughkeepsie Police last Thursday resulted in the arrest of a city man and the seizure of over five ounces of heroin, three illegal handguns, $5,500 in cash, scales, cutting agents and packaging materials.
Daivon Pryor, who lives at the 257 Church Street address, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, all as felonies. Pryor was sent to the Dutchess County Jail without bail. Additional charges may be pending, police said.
