AMENIA – Two men and a woman are under arrest on felony burglary charges for allegedly breaking into a home in the Town of Amenia on October 1.
State Police arrested Austin Lovett, 32; Taylor Desario, 21; and Dyer Burns, 17, all of Poughkeepsie, on Tuesday, October 17 in the October 1 break-in on Route 343.
Lovett was sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond. Desario and Burns were both released under the supervision of Dutchess County Probation.
