Ulster Board of Elections extends hours for absentee voting

KINGSTON – The Ulster County
Board of Elections will be offering extended office hours for voters who
need to apply for an absentee ballot for the November 7 election.
The office, at 284 Wall Street in Kingston, will be open:

Tuesday, October 24, 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Thursday, October 26, 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday, October 28, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Tuesday, October 31, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Thursday, November 2, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday, November 4, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

The board is open as normal on Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Applications for an absentee ballot must be postmarked no later than October 31 or personally delivered to the board by November 6.
