Gas station worker charged with stealing over $8,000 from employer

RHINEBECK – A 56-year-old Tivoli woman has been arrested and charged
with felony grand larceny following an investigation into thefts at the
Mobil gas station on Routes 9 and 9G in Rhinebeck.

Patricia Kennedy was an employee at the gas station where she was a cashier.

It is alleged that over several months, she stole approximately $8,465
from the ATM machines as well as money from the registers while working.

She was arraigned and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of
$2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond pending a future court appearance.
