GOSHEN – Orange County
Sheriff’s deputies had to administer three doses of Narcan to a
man who had overdosed on heroin at a Town of Wallkill residence.
Deputies were called to the scene by a 911 call. When officers arrived,
they found the victim in the basement with shallow breathing and his skin
turning gray.
The man was transported to Orange Regional Medical Center by ambulance.
Police said the man has recent history of addiction and Narcan revival.  The investigation is continuing.
