FISHKILL – A Fishkill woman is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after her toddler was found unattended in a hotel parking lot. It took state troopers over an hour to locate the mother, Kelley McCann, 26, who was staying in a different hotel.
Custody of the child was given to a responsible relative.
Troopers were assisted at the scene by Child Protective Services and Fishkill Village Police.
McCann was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Fishkill Justice Court.
