POUGHKEEPSIE – City Police in Poughkeepsie have arrested a city man on child pornography charges.
Sebastian Martin, 22, was charged with five counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child as felonies. He was arrested on Tuesday and was being held pending arraignment.
