Man struck and killed on Metro-North tracks in Westchester

NEW YORK – A 45-year-old man was struck and killed by a southbound Metro-North Railroad train Wednesday morning at the Port Chester station, MTA officials said.  Authorities said the victim, whose identity had not been released as of late Wednesday, was from Port Chester.
The incident occurred at 5:13 a.m. as the train was traveling from Stamford to Grand Central Terminal.
The incident is under investigation.
