MONTICELLO – Village Police in Monticello arrested seven people on Friday, August 11 following a no-knock search warrant at an apartment at 40 Landfield Avenue.
Charged with felony and misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance as well as criminally using drug paraphernalia, were James Bolden, 61, and Shari Bubow, 57, both of Monticello and Nicquan Clarke, 26, of Brooklyn, Charged with misdemeanor drug possession and loitering were Timothy Askew, 57, Glen Fleckenschild, 43, and Anthony Swiggert, 67, all of Monticello, and Jamie Elliott, 23, of Middletown.
Police recovered 4.6 grams of powder cocaine, 9.3 grams of crack cocaine and 5.6 grams of heroin.
Assisting Monticello Police were the Sullivan County District Attorney’s Office and State Police.
