MONTICELLO – A Monticello woman was arrested last Friday on felony drug charges following execution of a search warrant at 40 Cottage Street in the Village. Shanaya Foy, 28, is the second person arrested as a result of that warrant search.
Seized from her apartment were 59.7 grams of crack cocaine, digital scales, packaging materials, a small amount of marijuana and $1,179 in cash.
Previously arrested in the investigation on Thursday was Brian Taylor, 35, of the same address.
Foy was sent to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail pending further court action.
The Sullivan County District Attorney’s Office and State Police assisted in the investigation.
