TOWN OF MONTGOMERY – Hudson Valley Snacks and Soda, LLC at 155 Bracken Road in Montgomery filed a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification that it will close on November 14 with the layoff of 38 employees.
The State Labor Department notice listed the closing for economic reasons and said the earliest employee termination date will be October 31 or within the 14-day period thereafter.
The workers are represented by Teamsters Local 812.
