TOWN OF ULSTER – Two men and two women are charged with endangering the welfare of a child after they were found at the Sunset Park Motel in the Town of Ulster with signs of overdosing while a four-year-old child was present.
Town of Ulster Police responded to the motel at 11:37 p.m. on Friday, August 4. Members of Ulster Hose Fire and Mobile Life Support Services treated the four. The child was found in good health and turned over to the custody of Ulster County Child Protective Services.
Arrested were Crystal Escalara, 24, and Kristen Drake, 22, both of Kingston, and Angel Lara, 25, of Wesley Chapel, Florida and Orlando Marmolejos, 26, of Sanford, Florida.
Escalara was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $1,500 bond. Drake, Lara and Marmolejos were each committed in lieu of $500 cash bail or $750 bond.
