TOWN OF POUGHKEEPSIE – Armed with a search warrant, the Dutchess County Drug Task Force Monday arrested a New York City man at the Days Inn at 536 Haight Avenue in the Town of Poughkeepsie.
Keiron Montgomery, 39, was charged with the felonies of criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of drugs. During the search, officers seized 60 bags of heroin and fentanyl as well as an illegal handgun with a defaced serial number.
Montgomery was sent to the Dutchess County Jail without bail pending a future court appearance.
