Ulster man charged with raping a child

HIGHLAND – An Ulster man is charged with a criminal sexual act and disseminating indecent material to a minor, all as felonies.
State Police arrested Sean Roff, 25, on Sunday, July 23 following an investigation by State Police BCI from the Highland barracks. Roff was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond.
