Stewart Marines who died in KC-130 crash to be buried in Arlington National Cemetery

NEW WINDSOR – Marine Sgt. Julian Kevianne and Gunner Sgt. Mark Hopkins, both of New Windsor, two of the 15 marines and one sailor who perished when the Stewart Airport-based Marine KC-130 plane crashed in Mississippi on July 10, will be buried in Arlington National Cemetery.
Visitation for Kevianne, 31, will be on Tuesday, July 25 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. for family and close friends at Doulin Newburgh Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors from 1 pm. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 26 at St. Mary’s Church in Washingtonville.
Visitation for Hopkins will be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, July 26 at Goodwill Church in Montgomery. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 27 at Goodwill Church with interment at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
Both men were part of the Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 452 at the Stewart Air National Guard Base.
