MONTICELLO – Execution of a no-knock search warrant at an apartment at the Monticello Housing Authority Complex on Evergreen Drive in the village resulted in the arrest of a resident and the seizure of narcotics and a gun.
The raid on Saturday led to the arrest of Dellon Dillon, 29, of Monticello on several felony charges of drug possession and criminal possession of a firearm and misdemeanor criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sent to the Sullivan County Jail without bail.
Monticello Police, in conjunction with the Sullivan County District Attorney’s Office, executed the warrant and found 33.6 grams of ecstasy pills, 28 glassine envelopes of heroin, 3.6 grams of crack cocaine, packaging materials, scales and a loaded .40 caliber semi-automatic handgun. State Police assisted Monticello Police in the investigation.
