EAST FISHKILL – A man and woman, each from East Fishkill, have been arrested by State Police and charged with felony criminal possession of stolen property and misdemeanor identity theft.
Kain Petersen, 21, and Briana Zachry, 23, allegedly made fraudulent purchases using a stolen credit card. Both were sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $3,000 cash bail or $6,000 bond.
Petersen was previously featured on the State Police Facebook page for being wanted on a warrant.
