STONY POINT – A Monroe man died when his SUV ran off the southbound Palisades Interstate Parkway in the Town of Stony Point and struck several trees.
Police say Christian Liga, who was traveling just north of exit 16 at about 10 a.m. on Friday, lost control, traveled into the grassy center median and struck trees. He died at the scene.
The investigation is continuing.
